Warranty / Returns
> In the case of discrepancies in an order or mechanical damage, complaints should be report by the courier directly on delivery and sent immediately (within max. 3 days) to the following address: sklep@nordkraft.pl
 
> In the event of quality complaints (product defects) or wrong order, please send an email immediately (within max. 3 days) to the following address: sklep@nordkraft.pl Please include three things: order number, proof of the purchase, picture and short description of the situation.
 
> The Customer has the right to withdraw from the transaction by submitting an appropriate statement, in writing, within 10 days from the date of delivery. 
A statement of withdrawal from the contract should be sent along with the returned goods to the following address:

> When withdrawing from the transaction, the customer is obliged to return the goods unchanged. The return of the goods should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of submission of the statement or withdrawal from the contract. The return of the goods should be made by sending the goods to the address above.
 
> The refund based on customer withdrawal from the transaction takes place within 14 days.
> The customer receives a refund due to his bank account indicated in the statement.
> The customer is responsible for the cost of sending back the goods.
 
Other businesses that have received VAT invoice for the purchase are not entitled to refund.
 
NOTE: We reserve the right of not collecting COD payment parcels (the refund will be deposited tothe bank account)
